she said, stammering.
He could almost imagine how she was feeling at the moment.

The changing of names is tolerable but it seems the location and people are changing now. It went from thanks giving to Chinese new year, they now always eat with chop sticks, the surburb names do not sound English. Grace’s hair went from fair to black. It seems the story started in what seemed like america and is now in Asia. Even the emergency number is for Asian countries. Plus what happened to the grandfather that died because of lily’s dog. That seemed pivital at the begining and now he seems to have been removed from the story completely. Please understand I am enjoying the book but it’s starting to get hard to follow with all the changes and inconsistenties. Names are one thing but changing how people look, where they are and the storyline messes with the imagination of the reader.
